Contract Option Period and Years of Service

Once your organization has been awarded a contract there are usually various option periods and option years that must be adhere too. HIE is capable of providing assistance with these options. There are various requirements that must be addressed and met during these options. We at HIE make available the following services:

  • Our organization reviews your contract modifications, assist in uploading any changes to the General Services Administration database GSA Advantage.  We ensure that you are in compliance with the GSA instructions.
  • Where there have been changes with any of your organizations certifications and/or representations, we will take the steps necessary to correctly reflect your current status.
  • If there is a need to make any changes administratively to your contract, we will be available to assist in the negotiations with GSA contracting staff.
  • Our approach with this process is to minimum your efforts throughout the extensions period.
  • Work to compile the documentation requested and/or requirement by GSA for these options to take place in a timely manner and meeting all the compliance standards.
